The Proverbial HATERS...

What a great time to be despised!  I know that I’m despised by my enemy as well as my own brothers and sisters. There’s so much going on in people’s heads that is completely false or convoluted.  I’m not saying I know everything because I do not.   I just  think it is sad to hate someone for going their own way, but for some reason I know this is something I must go through.  It’s really nothing new.  I never really fit anyway.  I think I understand the whole ‘black sheep’ thing now.  That is certainly me these days.  I sleep really well these days where as a year ago I did not.  I know everything’s going to be just fine.  I have something a lot of people don’t these days.  I do still have feelings obviously, but let em’ hate.

I had a long converastion with an old friend today.  Long story short she is a Puerto Rican/Italian Jehovah's Witness.  Although I'm not a JW I've never met a more balanced person in my life.  I've always had a lot of respect for her because she has a great deal of love for people, including the one's that have hurt her.  She almost always sees the big picture and has a funny story to illustrate her understanding.  Religious labels are non-sense, just as judging a person by their color is non-sense.  She is living proof of this.  There are cool and intelligent people sprinkled ever-so-lightly within each formidable label, just as there a MANY ignorant people within my own race.  I don't worry about the people that "get it" that are sprinkled-out there.  I worry more about the clueless and hardheaded people that don't have a good combination of heart and intelligence.  For what is one without the other??

Anyway, while I'm on the topic of judging, I wanted to say that all because someone has a differing opinion or outlook than someone else does not mean they are "judging" them.  I get sick of seeing that generic response of "Who are you to judge?"  all the time.  It's called THINKING and SPEAKING.  I have no power to judge anyone with, nor have I claimed 'so and so' is going to hell or anything.  What it is, is society has folks programmed to not think and just agree with anything or else shut-up.  Otherwise, you're "judging".  If you don't want someone to say anything to you, don't ask questions in a forum.  I'm sorry, I have my OWN opinion.  If you don't like it, then don't entertain it.

I am going to take a couple of steps back though...
I realize that little ol' me can't take on the world...or go around waking-up sleepwalkers.  That is up to The Most High,  I have my take on things or whatever...but yeah a few steps back to catch back up with myself...not a bad idea.

Letter To My Readers

Hello All,

With all I’ve mentioned on my blog I would be an idiot to ignore the dangers of thinking aloud on the internet. Sometimes you just have to say something and I have. I think my stance is clear. However, I realize anything I say can be taken the completely wrong way, I could be labeled as something I am not, or worst case scenario it could be used against me in some twisted fashion. People will only ever come to their own conclusions, as was the case with me in the past year. I won’t stop knowing what I know. I think there’s enough information on my site for anyone to do their own research.  I encourage people to research all things concerning life, prophesy, the Bible, the environment, Hollywood, and the music industry on their own. I realize that on my part, there is nothing left to say to anyone, but plenty left to show in hopes that someone can begin to recognize things on their own. I will use my eye to show you in pictures and I will make the extra effort not to be "preachy". Talking has deemed itself counterproductive in my life. There’s no way in the world I can talk enough to convey a thing that is of no interest to someone. It’s ok, and with much deep introspection I’m finally coming to a place where I am accepting those subtleties of the human mind /ego and what allows it to entertain some things and not others. I will attempt to let myself be as happy as our creator will allow me to be in such times.

Love and Blessings!

Can I Speak?

I am not a racist by any means, but I do get tired of being quiet about things that continually bother me.  My entire life I’ve gone trying to get supposedly ‘fair-minded’ people to understand black injustice.  They seem so damn understanding sometimes…but when it comes to black/white relations they rarely ever do.  I’ve encountered denial.  For example: “None of my family owned slaves.  What do you want me to do?”  I live in Texas and in all the time I’ve lived here and tried to get a Caucasian person to understand why blacks are how they are in society – I get the same response.  “Not me and not mine.  I never owned slaves and nor did my family”  Keep in mind, this is mere discusion at this point.  All you get is "get over it!"  "you're successful why do you care about civil rights" etc etc.   I live in Texas!  Somebody’s ancestors owned slaves...  If they don’t deny it, they definitely don’t want to hear anything about it. Worst of all I have encountered ANGER.  They either deny the blame or get really angry and defensive.   So…it’s ok for blacks to suffer  with disease and poverty TODAY due to the society that slave trade created…but it’s taboo to talk about and almost illegal to read about these days??  Give me a break!  It’s frustrating to say the least.  I have issues with this all the time.  I don’t even have any black friends – which is also disheartening – but the people I most often form bonds with are also the ones that sometimes understand me the least.  Over the past year I have changed a lot.  So many things that used to fulfill  or entertain me no longer do.  All of this came prior to any knowledge I’ve obtained through prayer and research.  Cutting my hair off came BEFORE my knowledge.  Giving up on people, places, and things that no longer fulfilled me was in the works way BEFORE I received knowledge.  I had no idea what was taking place until AFTER I began changing inside and outside.  Now I know, my eyes are very open.  Love spews from my heart, faith permeates my veins, and the message sounds from my mouth like a horn…and I can’t help it.  I just can’t help it.

Now is The Time.

Sometimes I gather so much information from research, introspection, and putting pieces together that it’s overwhelming.  Overwhelming for someone I explain my thoughts to and last but not least it’s overwhelming to me as well.  However, sometimes a feeling overtakes me as if I’m going to burst  if I keep everything to myself.  It is selfish to do so, so I share  – either verbally or on here.  I’m paying my dues.  I want people to know!  I’d like the world to know.  More importantly, I want my brothers and sisters to know.  We are living in end-times.  It doesn’t matter what distraction device you employ to divert your attention from the obvious.  All I’m saying is get ready people.  I’m not saying run-out to Walmart and stock-up on can goods or to build a shelter or anything.  I’m just saying, now is the time to dig deeper.  Now is the time to adjust attitudes.  Now is the time to start asking questions.  Now is the time to call people on their bullshit.  Now is the time to love yourself and to truly care for your fellow man.  When I say to care for your fellow man, I mean harbor no ill will toward anyone!  One thing I’ve found is sometimes people carry more than they can do anything with.  Let it go - - give those battles up to our creator.  Sometimes things do get heavy for me and I go back to hair…makeup..etc.  I just want to let you guys know that right now is the time.  A change is taking place in the world and within us…I know it.

Love and Blessings!

BLessed.

The fear is so unbelievable.  It is like an epidemic – I can’t believe I too was caught up in it.  I’m so happy to be natural.  I am so happy.  I am so grateful.  I’m entering my 6th month as unbelievable as that sounds.  For the uniqueness that is my mane of hair.  I’ve had hair that lays down..blows in the wind, and goes down my back.  Even if it was by artificial means and I’m here to say I’ve never felt more beautiful to myself than I have the past 5 months.  I really owed this to myself.  I owed this to my creator and I am forever grateful for this experience.  I’m grateful that God never gave-up on me when I unknowingly doubted his omnipotence.  The love I’ve found for myself and return the love I’ve found for my people in no way negate that of other peoples.  I’m just saying.  It’s a beautiful thing.  It’s only hard if you make it hard.  It’s only ‘messed-up’ if you hate your own texture.  I’ve embraced mine and I love playing with it.  I love confusing the hell out of WP who don’t understand ‘stretching’ and ‘shrinkage’.  I love love love my hair!
